These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of senadortequila.com and any content, features or reservations offered through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape its content or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site, to receive our communications or to reserve or purchase our products. By using the site you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the place where you access it.
The Senador name, the Piedreros mark, our logos, photography, copy and bottle design are the property of Senador Tequila or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our written permission.
Senador does not sell alcohol directly through this site. Bottle purchases are fulfilled by a licensed third-party retailer, and your order is subject to that retailer’s own terms, pricing, shipping restrictions and age verification. Reservations made through the site are requests, not confirmed orders, until the retailer accepts them.
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senador Tequila will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from your purchase of our products through a third-party retailer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
