Before the bottle.

There was stone.
Growing up near San Miguel de Allende, Fabian learned quarry work alongside his family. It was hard, patient work that taught the value of discipline, pride, and earning what comes next.
His grandfather taught him two lessons that would stay with him for life: work hard and love horses.
Those lessons followed him from Mexico to Texas and became the foundation behind everything that came after.
The Piedreros mark became a symbol people came to recognize across every pursuit that followed.
Not because of a business.
Because of the values behind it.
Inspired by the Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — the mark became a reminder of the principles that guided both life and work.
Faith.
Family.
Work.
What began as simple advice became the foundation for everything that followed.
The name Senador was already part of the story.
Known through some of Fabian’s most accomplished racehorses, it came to represent the same qualities that shaped everything before it: discipline, perseverance, and pride in the work.
When the opportunity to acquire the name emerged, the connection was already there.
The values came first.
Senador became a way to build on them.
